FAQ
If you have any graphic design or print related questions, please do not hesitate to phone or send through an email.
Q1 - Hours of operation
Office Hours - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:30 - 4:30
Email us any time and we'll get back to you within 72 hours
We can arrange an appointment outside of these hours at your request.
Q2 - What are the costs involved?
All jobs are unique. The more information we can gather from you, the more accurately we can quote you. We pride ourselves on offering a very competitive rate without compromising the quality of your design or printing. The reason we are able to do this is due to lower than average overheads.
Please find a general pricing guide on our rates and packages page. We offer package deals on design and discounts on bulk printing.
Q3 - Design turn around times
This will vary depending on the job at hand. A business card can be designed in a day. A logo can take 2-8 days depending on complexity and your availability to discuss any changes. I would recommend allowing a week for most designs to ensure the process isn't rushed and that you are not placing yourself under any unnecessary pressure. The design process will often commence 1-3 days after speaking to you. Please visit the design tips page for a guide to assist you with the process.
Q4 - Printing turn around times
Most printing takes 5-10 working days to complete from your final go ahead on artwork. We can provide quicker turn around times on some flyer and stationery printing (3 or 4 days). Please inform us of any deadlines prior to design commencement to ensure we can meet your requirements. We can't offer same or next day printing.
Q5 - What information do i need on my business card or flyer
It is recommended that you include your logo, contact name, phone number, email address and website. It is also of benefit to list some points or give a brief overview on the services you provide. An ABN and any licence numbers that may be required in your industry is optional but is likely to build confidence in prospective clients.
Please visit the design tips page for advice on what to consider on a number of design items.
Q8 - How did you come up with your logo?
Firstly, I've used my name as part of the business name because I want to offer a more personalised experience to my clients. The graphic is made up of a silhouette of myself and cogs representing the head and the heart working together to create your designs. The hand gesturing at the outcome. I believe the best design ideas come from combining logic and knowledge with instinct and feelings.
